Edward J. Cardoza

Edward J. Cardoza was referred by many as Ed and Eddie, but without question he was the real life “McGyver”. He was a man who could fix anything, with a unique ability to get the most out of any engine. Ed fought hard with all his strength, but was unable to repair himself of his pancreatic cancer. On April 10, 2021 he took his last checkered flag and passed peacefully with family and loved ones by his side. He was a man that loved his family, enjoyed going to local casino’s and working on his cars . Eddie was a devoted and loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and a loyal friend, he is greatly missed.  He was survived by his loving wife of 54 years Yvonne, sons Mike and Steve, daughter Sheila, his grandchildren, Jennifer, Garrett, and Talulah, and one great grandchild, Arabella.

There will be a Celebration of life will be on May 15, 2021 Starting 1pm at 372 N. Westwind Dr. El Cajon, Ca. 92020.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers, make donations in Eddie’s name to the San Diego Humane Society and/or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
